When I pass out math worksheets I usually sit down and complete them myself right after I pass them out to the kids. I like to make an answer key so I can correct the papers quickly and return them to the students. Since I am not a second grader, it takes me all of 30 seconds to complete the page.
Here is what transpired today during that scenario.
I finished the paper and got up to walk around and check on the students at work.
Student 1: "Ms. V., how come you can always get done so fast?"
Student 2: " 'Cause Ms. V.'s got SKILLS!" (you should have heard the intonation on this one!)
These guys crack me up!
