GRD posted a picture on FLICKR of how much it costs him to fill up his vehicle. It got me wondering about the price of gas around the state, the nation and around the world. If you are reading this blog...comment on what you drive, how much it costs to fill up your tank and where you live.
I will go first:
I drive a Toyota Corolla, I live in California's Central Valley and a you can see by the picture, it costs me $34.17 to fill up the tank!

$3.25 at the cheap station in La Verne! --Margie
I don't know what you Americans are complaining about... petrol (gas) costs a little over twice that much here in the UK! ;-) Most of that is tax, justified by the government for investment in transport infrastructure and (increasingly) for reducing carbon emissions. Count yourselves lucky!
