i hadn't heard ruben blades in a long time...he did an excellent job this. : )
so with the bully...
i'm sure that you've brought him up to the sst/srt team...what do they suggest? i feel for you, i too have had bullies in my class. it's not fair to the other children. may something magical turn his life around for his good, and the good of others.
